Landlord does nor reply soon i took sub for only 24 hours next day they automatically deducted 399kr as a 1 month subscription without any information the website is like scamming other might be genuin but this system is trash auto deduction is very bad you should be given choice to re subscribe not to auto sub trashh very trash system

After the company's reply, I found their claim that I could continue conversations after my subscription expired was incorrect. I received a reply from a landlord days later, but it was blurred until I paid for more time. It's outrageous that I need to pay 399 DKK just to see the response.
We successfully found an apartment through this service. However, I was disappointed with the subscription management. There was no notification about when the renewal fee would be deducted from my account. It would be considerate to send a reminder before the payment is taken, especially when one is busy with moving.
