Horrible customer service. Been using floatme fir a long time and this week was different. I did a float and it never went to my account. I told them, they replied and ghosted me. They expect me to pay for the float but they never gave me money in the first place!

Beware of potential scams

I was a loyal customer and had done nothing wrong. Suddenly, I received a message saying: “Your account has been terminated due to unusual activity related to a payment. Our system detected that many payments were stopped or returned to your bank account.” The only change was that I received a new debit card in the mail. AVOID THIS SERVICE! It feels like a complete scam. They accept your payment and then deactivate your account without any prior warning.

I was a loyal customer but got scammed

I was a loyal customer and hadn't done anything wrong. They are deceiving people. Suddenly, I received a message stating: “Your account has been terminated due to unusual activity related to a payment. Our system detected that many payments were stopped or returned to your bank account.” The only change was that I received a new debit card. AVOID THIS SERVICE! It's a scam. They take your payment and then deactivate your account without any questions.

Misleading Practices

You pay for a subscription to receive a service, only to be denied access to it... misleading!

Extremely poor customer service

The customer service is extremely poor. When I attempted to contact them with questions, they promised to respond within three working days. I sent messages twice asking for answers, but never received a reply. The only time they responded was when I requested to close my account. Ironically, they had the nerve to ask me to rate the support I received, despite never having answered my queries. This is frustrating; you should avoid this place as it wastes both your time and money.

Feeling cheated

I had been using this service for a while without issues. I borrowed $50 and paid it back on payday. After switching banks due to a disagreement with my previous one, I provided all the new bank and debit card information. They took my subscription fee of $4.99 but did not provide the service. What?! I pay to borrow a small amount of money, not just to give you money for nothing. They need to either provide the service or refund me! It feels like a complete scam; be cautious.

Not customer-friendly

They should wait until you are approved before charging for the subscription. I downloaded the app hoping for a little help until my next paycheck. With only $10 left, I was promised $80 and willingly paid the $4.99 fee, only to find out I wasn’t approved for the cash advance. Now I'm short $5. I’m fine with not being approved, but the company should at least refund the fee or wait until after approval.

The worst cash advance service

This is the worst cash advance service available. They collect your bank information and charge a membership fee, only to deny you a cash advance after taking your money. Please avoid these scammers. The worst part is that I can't unlink my account from the app, which makes me very uneasy. If any money is taken, I will contact law enforcement.
