I ordered 4 bras and they were all far too small - useless. Their reply to my email was written in very bad English. I was told to return them. I have zero confidence they would honor their side of the deal and send the correct size. Like so many online businesses advertising on YouTube - they have a website based in the US and sound very convincing in their videos, but they operate out of a warehouse in China and there is no customer care or follow up.
I would give a HUGE negative stars if I could. I ordered “Express” mail, @ $12.99, and it’s been nothing of the sort. They haven’t even responded to my many emails asking when to expect my package and requesting a refund on my $12.99 express mailing payment.Be AWARE of ordering from these types of companies. Their name is “Zaozhuang Yusheng E Commerce Co. Ltd”.
I ordered Medium and received and XL. I emailed the company and they offered me $13 off to keep $65 of products. When I asked for the address to mail back for a full refund, they gave me an address in Korea. I caution buying from this company. Theyapparently have no address in the US and if you receive wrong or defective products there is no way to recoup your money except to mail to Korea!!
I ordered a bra and my credit card was charged. Then it was charged again for a bra and some flash sale item I didn't order. I wrote them right away to cancel the fraudulent purchase and no reply. Sent another a few days later, no reply. Sent one again when it confirmed shipment. Now I have to deal with my credit card company to get my money back. The bra itself doesn't even look like the ads and doesn't fit properly at all.
