Bought an upright electric piano with stool. The piano was delivered within a few days. Team left it in the room of my choice. There were issues with the piano stool stock that I was aware of at the time of purchase. I was kept informed on the stock and delivery estimate and was offered a better alternative so I could get one sooner. Can't fault the team and the service.
I bought my upright hybrid piano from the Bonners shop in Milton Keynes and I had a really good experience. I first went to their shop to try out their pianos and the assistant was very helpful. Buying the piano was a simple process thanks to help from Greg and the delivery was also quite smooth, as the installation took less than 30 mins. I recommend Bonners to anyone considering to buy an instrument.
I purchased a used Petrof P118 P1 in April. It has a pleasant tone and nice touch and I am very happy with it. The service which I received from the team in Reigate was first class. I was given plenty of time to try out different pianos at the showroom and weigh up the options before making a decision. The delivery of the piano and removal of my old piano were dealt with very well. Everyone has been very friendly and helpful.
Contacted the Eastbourne shop to enquire about an Epiphone 12 string guitar. As I live in Leicester they arranged for the guitar to be shipped to the Milton Keynes store for me to try it out before deciding to purchase. When I arrived Tom had arranged a room and an amplifier for me to use. I have now had the guitar for 8 months and am delighted with it. The service i received from Bonners was outstanding.
I can't fault the service from start to finish.We travelled to Milton Keynes after it was clear my old digital piano could not be repaired and I liked the fact that there was no pressure selling. You were left alone to play any of the pianos in the store and when I needed assistance, they were on hand to help.The Roland HP704 was bought and delivered within a few days. Interest free credit was available so the final payment goes out in January 2025. Excellent and will be back when I need an upgrade.
