I chose a model that wasn’t in stock, and the representative informed me about the availability timeline, which turned out to be quicker than expected. The delivery and setup were seamless, and I’m loving my new piano. Highly recommend the company!

I needed to upgrade my digital piano. Although online reviews are helpful, but I still had questions after reading many reviews. Plus nothing compares to be able to physically feel and hear the sound for real. I went to Bonners Music in Reigate to try out the Roland I had in mind. The friendly staffs was very helpful, answered all my questions. I had plenty of time to try it out, (along with others just to satisfy my own curiosity). Purchased it, took it home on the same day and very happy that I have made the right choice.Many thanks Bonners Music. Highly recommended.
The reception at Bonners Reigate was welcoming and friendly. I was able to try out the pianos without being pressured. Would have given 5 * except that I had an issue with the finance deposit that was taken by credit card. I was not made aware that this would attract interest from my card company as a cash advance. My card company waived the charge as I had not been made aware of this at time of purchase. I feel that customers should be warned against using credit card for deposits.After sales service has been good.
I visited Bonners Music in Milton Keynes to explore digital pianos. The attention I received from Toby was exemplary. Knowledgeable assistance with no pressure in a showroom with a wide selection of pianos and keyboards to try out was ideal. I chose the Casio GP 300 Grand Hybrid plus recommended stool which were delivered at the exact time stated. I will never have time to explore all the features available but as a piano it proved to be an excellent choice. Thank goodness though for a video on YouTube demonstrating exactly how to unpack and assemble the instrument. Thoroughly recommend the service at this store.
Great experience from the outset. Neil at Bonner‘s Newcastle did a brilliant job of demonstrating my piano which ultimately convinced me that I needed to have it. The communication regarding delivery was brilliant and the two lads that delivered the piano were very professional and had a bit of banter and a cuppa whilst taking great care to make sure I was happy with the service, position, and set up of my Kawai 901. I absolutely love playing this piano, the feel and feedback from the keyboard is excellent, very realistic and just makes you want to keep playing. The sound of the piano is fantastic and the options available for different effects are outstanding. If you are considering buying a piano from Bonners, I highly recommend it. You will get an exceptional service and the quality of their instruments are 2nd to none.
Well, I wanted a new digital piano. I gave Been playing for 40 years + Bonners Music, Reigate was my first choice to start looking.Emma who helped me was very knowledgeable. I described my requirements and she suggested a Yamaha CSP 275.She demonstrated the features and I tried it out several times.Quite simply the best piano I have ever bought, it’s amazing.
