We bought our first upright piano at the Surrey shop as a substitute to our Roland electric. We could try all the pianos with no rush and the team was extremely helpful and had great knowledge. Our piano arrived quickly and we are very happy with the quality.
I went to the Reigate showroom with my daughter to try out two hybrid pianos, as both our homes are unsuitable for an acoustic instrument. Everyone at Bonner’s is SO helpful. The staff took endless trouble to help me, waiting patiently and non-judgementally whilst I changed my mind, and eventually made all my decisions about my keyboard and stool. My keyboard gives endless pleasure, and I especially like the versatility of all the different voices, plus the option to practice over headphones. I’m no expert, but the touch of the keys feels just like a “normal” piano to me. I love my piano!
Amanda arranged for me to have hands on experience of the two Yamaha stage pianos I had been considering, so that I could make up my own mind as to which one was more appropriate for my requirements and would be able to live with. Without that, I had only the marketing blurbs and online reviews out there on the net to go by and there was no way I was going to spend serious cash based on those incomplete and often misleading claims and assessments.Amanda arranged to have one of the keyboards brought over to Reigate from another branch (later bringing in a small stock) and I was able to try the two instruments side by side, enabling me me to make a clear decision on which was the better choice for me.
