Scam, took money for months and showed that I was getting reviews but they didnt actually show up on Amazon. Huge scam and fraud. When I asked where my reviews are they blocked my email from contacting them. Took a long time to get 22 reviews and in reality on 2 showed up and I don't even think they're from Book Bounty. Dishonest company and a scam. Wish I never agreed to do business with them.

I’ve worked with Book Bounty and I can honestly say their customer service has been exceptional from start to finish. In a space where timing and clarity matter so much, they’ve consistently delivered both.Any time I’ve had a question, needed clarification, or requested adjustments, their team responded very quickly and professionally. There was never a long waiting period wondering if someone would get back to me. Their communication is clear, direct, and solution focused. That alone sets them apart from other similar sites I have worked with.What impressed me most was their commitment to resolution. It wasn’t just a quick reply. It was thoughtful follow through. WARNING: Amazon KDP Blocked My Book Due To This ServiceThey claim to be "100% Amazon Compliant." Amazon disagrees.I used Book Bounty for 3 months. Yesterday, Amazon KDP permanently blocked my book for "Review Manipulation" specifically because of the activity from this site.The reality: Amazon's algorithm flags the Book Bounty "credit/point" system as "non-monetary compensation," which is a violation of KDP Terms. Book Bounty refunded my subscription immediately when challenged, but the damage to my account is done.If you value your KDP account, do not use this service. It is not safe.
Book Bounty promises a lot and under-delivers. Their website made false claims about the average time it takes for books to be picked up and reviewed. The person who runs the business, Kevin, has no accountability to his customers. He gives vague answers and keeps customers in limbo while he collects their money.Book Bounty lures people in with a compelling strategy: join as a reader, leave honest reviews on books to rack up points, and then when you publish your book you can use those points to put out "bounties" for readers to leave honest reviews for your book. That strategy sounds great in theory. However, you pay to be a reader, and then you pay more to have a publisher account where you request reviews. Then, your books can sit indefinitely without being read. So it's basically a gamble that strings you along month after month.I don't recommend this business for a multitude of reasons. In addition to their shady business practices and terrible customer service, it's clear that the people behind this business have integrity issues. They're operating in a gray area where they are sure to be shut down eventually. I'm posting this review so that customers won't lose their money paying for a service that might be shut down before they get any real value from it.
I just read a book and put a positive review on Amazon when Book Bounty sent me a message saying that I am not on the right marketplace and they were removing the points of my account. I was wasting my time and they are not able since the beginning to stop me and ask me to choose another book to read! This is totally unacceptable. Takes a long time to read, to review. I just asked them that I want to immediately delete my account but again apparently is not possible! At least not immediately at the end of the billing plan. I am highly frustrated and very angry. Think twice before putting your book to be reviewed and by the way many times reviews are not positive just be aware of that despite having a very good quality of book. Not only your pay your plan, then you have to read a book before being able to submit your book and sometimes you are waiting a very long time before someone is picking up your book to read. The process is very slow, uncertain and highly disappointing! Don't waste your time and your money!!!
Not worth the money. Some reviews are ok, but the majority are ai generated (even though they say they watch this, they dont as its plainly obvious!). Reviewers just give 3 or four stars even when they post a praising review (to make their multitude of reviews look genuine to amazon i suppose). My book had some lovely genuine reviews, i thought id give book bounty a go and its lowered my 5 star rating and added in a load of non-sensical ai generated reviews or critical reviews which have no reflection on the book itself!! Avoid like the plague if you dont want to ruin your book rating.
I got two reviews for a book that wasn’t mine but Book Bounty said they WOULDN’T take them down. Amazon ignored me too. Do not waste you time and money on this site. SCAM. Also most of the reviews I did get were just AI and I don’t think anyone who reviewed my book actually read it
Reviews are around 90-95% AI, all the exact same length, and all written in the same style. Customers notice them immediately - don't do it, it will tank your sales. Sometimes reviews will copy and paste already existing reviews so you'll have two to three of the exact same reviews on your book. They say they reject reviews that don't meet their guidelines but in reality almost all are automatically approved - AI or otherwise. I requested take downs of the copy and pasted reviews but always refuse saying it breaches Amazon's guidelines (it doesn't, the fraudulent reviews do). Also, the vast majority of the books you have to review to get books are written mostly by AI. AI Books, AI reviews, lots of money for Kevin. If you care about your book, avoid at all costs. The reviews will stay up permanently on Amazon.
