Review Time
Follow up from my previous review in June this year. I did contact company as they went on to take another payment from my card despite my first review and I emailed them to refund but I got no response.i phoned them and they refused to refund both payments telling me I can have a refund for one payment and can expect by 10 days. No refund of course. Disgusting! Avoid this company they now have two payments from me for absolutely no service!
TOTAL RIP OFF & SCAM - BEWARE !!! Checked my credit card statement to find an unidentified amount of €49.99 on my credit card. Recall attempting to use their (utterly useless) service at a trade show when attempting to make an urgent and last minute dinner reservation for client. They took so long to fix the reservation so I did so myself. So I'm even more angry that I've been charged a ridiculous fee for ABSOLUTELY NOTHING .. RIEN DU TOUT!!! Kindly refund this amount to my credit card. My credit card company will be informed about this. You will be hearing from me shortly. IT IS NOT AT ALL CLEAR THAT YOU WILL BE CHARGING A HUGE FEE LIKE THIS - VERY UNPROFESSIONAL & SHADY PRACTICE. I WILL WARN OTHERS IN THE GLOBAL INDUSTRY I WORK IN.
Watch out for accidentally signing up to a subscription. At first I worried it was financial fraud but I spoke to two very helpful people who were able to refund me. Very fast and efficient follow up. I gave feedback that as I was not alone in accidentally signing up to a subscription it was not my fault. They were polite and understanding but they should make it more clear - I thought I was giving details to make a one off restaurant booking and the charge on the card was to hold my booking. Fast follow up on email, cancellation of subscription and promise of full refund in 5-10 days.
This service contains a €69.99 monthly subscription fee that is not obvious when you start using the service. Be alert - even your bank may not notify you of these charges. And the only time I actually tried to use this booking service, it failed.
