They told me the company could not be contacted for the booking and I was to contact them myself. They do not refund the ‘agent’ fee. Do not use, do not trust unless you are happy to take a chance. They are covered by the small print

BEWARE BEWARE..... this is a chargeable service and doesn't make it clear at all that it takes around £18 from your account monthly. All i did was check for a table in a restaurant. DO NOT PUT YOUR BANK DETAILS ON THIS SITE. 100% SCAM TO SKIM YOUR BANK ACCOUNT NO MATTER WHAT THEIR REPLY IS TO PEOPLES COMPLAINTS
