Closest condo to the the gulf I’ve ever seen. It’s less than 100’ from the waters’ edge. The condo is newly renovated with upscale appliances, very comfortable beds and finishes and furnishings! Kevin, the host is very responsive and accommodating. The location is excellent, located in a private quiet area yet only a few minute ride to restaurants and nightlife.

Ideal home for any group size

This property is ideal for hosting small, medium, or large groups. We enjoyed a week-long stay with a party of four, and it was fantastic. The beds were extremely comfortable, allowing us to unwind and rejuvenate after long days. The hot tub and pool were delightful after our visits to the theme parks, providing relief for our tired feet from all the walking. The in-home audio system enhanced our relaxation, which we truly appreciated. We also loved the fully equipped kitchen. It had all the pots, pans, and utensils necessary for everything from a leisurely breakfast to a grand dinner. Whatever meal you're preparing, the kitchen has you covered. The location was another significant advantage — it’s conveniently situated near both Disney and Universal Orlando, making trips to and from the parks quick and straightforward. On the evenings we opted not to cook, the owner kindly provided a list of nearby dining options, including affordable and high-quality choices. There’s plenty to explore in the surrounding area, making planning easy and stress-free. Overall, our experience was absolutely wonderful. We would definitely choose this place again! 100/10

Exceptional Experience from Start to Finish

From the initial inquiry to the booking process and check-in, our entire stay and checkout were impeccable! The property is absolutely beautiful, situated in a fantastic location with easy access to the beach. Our host was incredibly supportive, addressing all our questions. This family vacation, spanning three generations, left everyone in agreement that we would return next year! The house is equipped with everything needed and is well-kept. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the kitchen was a delight. The spacious living area allowed us to enjoy family game nights and watch SEC football together! We are truly grateful to have found this rental.

Great week at the beach

The view and weather was perfect. Always a good experience working with Dave Kottman. Park right at your door and 2 parking spaces out front. 2 King beds and a balcony off Master upstairs. Location is the best in PCB.
