Although I haven't shopped here, I live nearby and have reached out multiple times asking for the cleaning of the parking area near the bushes and two trees. Unfortunately, my requests have gone unanswered, and the area is filled with litter, including a discarded pink suitcase. If they can't maintain their outdoor space, I can only imagine how the inside might be.

I had a terrible experience at this location. I scanned a product by the box, but they attempted to charge me per item, which was about 30 pence more per unit. When I pointed it out, they made me feel like I was the issue. The staff were dismissive, and the manager was unprofessional—rude and uninterested in assisting customers. I've never encountered such poor service. It felt like they were trying to cheat me over a small amount, and instead of resolving it, they doubled down. I won't return. Avoid this place.
I constantly have to call every week about delivery times. I've been misled by every department; I had to call multiple times today to receive different information each time, which is very stressful while trying to run a business. I wouldn't recommend them at all; their customer service is terrible.
I felt ripped off at this location. I returned home to find I was charged £16.49 plus VAT for a box of 200 tea bags, while a competitor charges £5.49 for a box of 210. The lesson here is to check prices carefully at this store, as things aren't always as they appear.
We previously used a different location with excellent service, but after being moved here for convenience, the service has been terrible. Deliveries are frequently canceled for various excuses, and items that should be in stock are missing when I go to collect them. I've reached out to the CEO to see if they can improve the service we receive.
