Don't waste your time ordering a ticket from this company. What they quote you online is not what they give you on the phone. They will call you after getting your quote online and paying for it online saying that the seat is no longer available and try to upcharge you, and when you try to cancel it for it they get you with a $75 cancellation fee that is nowhere in their paperwork or has ever been stated. Save your money find another travel agent
They are SCAMMERs. Dont try! They get your credicard information and called you or you will call them and they will say that the flight is booked and they will offer "Good Deal" for you. When you say you don't wanna anymore they will say "If the credicard get charged you cannot cancel the charge. DONT TRY IT!
I booked online and soon after these people were contacting me with some bogus story about the airline placing me on standby status, not a confirmed ticket. They refused to refund the money I paid, and insisted on me paying more for a confirmed reservation. After paying hundreds of dollars more, I was issued a Basic Economy ticket!! Thankfully the folks at United Airlines changed the ticket for me, but the final amount on the receipt from United was a lot less than what BOOKMYAIRTRAVEL.COM had charged. These people are scammers! I found out the hard way! In the future I will book directly with the airlines. Avoid these people and don't get suckered!
This business is a scam. I booked a flight for 4 adults. The site said I was confirmed. I get a call 5 min. after I booked the flight saying that I had to fly out of LA which is two hours from where I live instead of the airport, I booked my flight out of. They kept trying to charge me for an upgrade. I hung up after trying to get the lady to understand that if they didn't honor what they had confirmed then I was cancelling the purchase. she tried to say that the tickets were not refundable. Since I hadn't received any tickets, I said I would contact my bank. The bank turned off my card and I got at least 10 alerts where they tried to charge my card. Just to be on the safe side, I cancelled that card.
Fraud, and disgusting practices. Do not book through them, they took my CC info and never issued a ticket. I called 5 times and one person said my ticket has resrictions and I can't take any luggage. But that's not what was indicated upon booking. Then they asked that I should pay an extra 1,000 to be able to upgrade. COMPLETE SCAM. DONT CALL FOR IT
