I had a terrible experience. Avoid this company at all costs. I ordered a book on December 1st and reached out at the start of the week, only to be told it would take 2-3 days. Still, nothing has arrived. I requested a refund but have not received any response.
I recently purchased three books. They were the best prices available and were delivered on schedule. The packaging was exceptional, ensuring no damage during transit. Ordering three or more books includes free shipping. Although I forgot to apply the relevant code this time, the support team promptly refunded my postage upon my request. I have experienced this level of service consistently over the years and highly recommend this company.

My second order took almost three weeks to dispatch, missing my nephew's birthday by over a week. I requested a refund due to the delay, but was told it wasn't possible since my order had just shipped. This seems too convenient. I will never waste my time or money on this company again and advise others to reconsider if tempted by their suspiciously low prices.
I’m unsure if this company is fraudulent or just incompetent. I ordered a book for my wife's Christmas stocking over two weeks ago, and it hasn’t even been dispatched. I’ve reached out and only received vague responses about delays. If I don't hear from them soon, I will report them as fraudulent to my credit card provider. I would recommend avoiding this company; the small savings aren't worth it compared to more reputable sellers.
