I had forgotten the phone number on my account and was told to send you guys an email with my identification , a picture of me holding my identification and the message with the new phone number on the account , well for two weeks straight they gave me the run around about this issue and I had sent it about 25 different times and even once from my sisters email because I didn’t think that they were receiving my emails . I had customer service that was rude and everyone would tell me different things . Also back in the day you guys use to give way more freeplay and now you guys barely give out freeplay to customers and especially the ones who spend a lot of money with you guys .
My account has been disabled since 06/04/25 it is now 11/26/25 5 months gone by . Still no updates yet . The investigation/verification department is some sorry sack of bones not doing their job smh I get the same response everytime it’s still under review. 5 months without a review is crazy
