I've spent 1000s on this app. I've won a little in the beginning but I've lost a lot more . I keep trying waiting on my turn that never seems to come. Whatever, it's gambling right ... Earlier this month feb 4th I deposited Bitcoin around $106 after the fees and when I chose the funds sent option it said error. So I waited and waited, days later nothing . I've emailed and tried to chat with the company but still no reply or refund.. not recommended unless u want to chase a win that doesnt seem to come regardless of money spent or deposited. The sites a scam, they will literally rob you.. if u win take it if u can figure out how to receive it and don't look back
I love the instant cash out option via Crypto. Never have had an issue when it comes to depositing/cashing out. I did have a bad experience with the Referral Program Bonus and the customer service agent I chatted with was super unhelpful, disrespectful, and up and ended the chat on me. (That's why I took away a star) Other then that I have been a loyal customer for years now.
Bovada really does have the best bonus program in the industry. Plus, if you withdraw using crypto, the payouts are fast! I got mine within 30 minutes of submitting the request. I've tried other books, but the bonus programs of those books always leads me back to Bovada.

Unfortunately, i will no longer be using Bovada for my recreational wagers going foward..... In the past i was able to withdraw via check and when i tried withdrawing yesterday it forced me to use crypto which i don't want anything to do with. I even spoke with customer service and they didn't give me a choice, forcing me to use crypto. I pay a cc fee for deposits and now I have to get less pay via bitcoin since the value changes every second.... Against my will, i had to open up a crypto wallet, withdraw via bit coin, which i received less than what my balance was with you, and transfer to my bank. Will not be using Bovada going forward. I will find other ways of placing wagers.....
They never allowed me to withdrawal any of my money! I have asked them to explain but they did not. They locked all my funds and I had to use all my money even though I won. No way to withdraw. They are a scam. Stay away.
This Casino is one of my new favorites I'll definitely come back to play some more. The only thing that I don't like about it is the bonus money can't be used on every game its only a select few that work with the bonus money. Thats just a small complain everything else is perfect!
