Review Time
Been a member of bovada since 2020 and used to love this place. Had a few wins and a few withdrawals over the last 6 years never had an issue. But recently I switched to sports and have had a good run. On my last withdrawal of 2000$ they cancelled my withdrawal and locked me out of my acct. I was told it's under investigation but nothing else. I was also told I would receive an email in 24-48 hours to let me know what was going on. Well it's been over 72 hours and I've emailed every dept I could 3 or 4 times and get no response from anyone. I've tried live chat but they just tell me the same thing. It under review and they will email when it's finished. Under review for what? Because I won some money? No explanation of anything. I sent my id photos, utility bill, selfie, and still nothing back from them. Horrible customer service. Also used to get weekly bonuses. But those have slow faded to nothing. Which is why I quit playing In the casino. Site is going to hell quickly. Not happy with bovada at all.
I have been stripped of all of my promotions and my host for no reason. I was told if I continued to wager at high levels, I would receive my host back. Now I do not even get a single bonus except one ridiculous 30x play through that is a joke. I do not get free spins, I do not get weekly bonus points, or free play cash when I have a bad week or reward for playing so much. I do not get match bonuses with realistic playthrough requirements, and I have continued wagering at a high level. I have asked customer service why and they refuse to answer to tell me why this has happened.
I made a withdrawal because I unexpectedly needed some cash. I was immediately limited to very low bet sizes. I offered to redeposit what I withdrew if my bet sizes would be increased. I offered multiple times and was ignored. I really wanted to continue with Bovada but my bet sizes were severely limited and it made no sense to continue. I withdrew the balance of my money and moved on to another book. Terrible customer service.
Tried to withdraw and my account was locked. I was told to contact customer service, which I did, and they told me to upload my ID, utility bill and a selfie (which I did, a week ago) My account is still locked, my funds are still being held hostage. I’ve contacted customer service each and every day and they’ve been no help regarding this matter.
Hosting team is absolutely horrendous. These guys don’t care about their top players and big money is jumping ship. The website gets-10 stars with its daily problems and management is clearly checked out. The response they just posted to my review is a typical canned nonsense response
