I strongly advise NOT to buy from Boxingbar.
I ordered a Viper Boxing Bar and experienced weeks of silence, false shipping promises, and zero customer support. The order was only shipped after I threatened to cancel and request a refund.
After paying shipping and customs fees, the product arrived DAMAGED AND USED:
Broken base taped together
Worn parts
Opened and damaged box
This was clearly not a new product, despite being sold as one.
I contacted the company multiple times with photos and proof. They ignored all emails and blocked me on Instagram instead of providing support.

Scammers.The product arrived in damaged packaging. At first, they offered to “check together” whether everything was complete, and after that they completely stopped responding.The punching bag of the Cobra Reflex Bar is broken, making the product unusable. I’ve been trying to resolve this for almost a month, but they ignore all messages and emails.Do not do business with this company. They are unprofessional, dishonest, and clearly do not take customers seriously.Avoid this company at all costs. You have been warned.
Very disappointed. Boxingbar Bar came with rust on the metal parts and bearings. The main center bar has razor sharp edges and burrs. Rubber O-Ring was damaged on arrival. Support doesn't have replacement parts. The base came with trash and plastic debris inside. I took photos and contacted support, but they declined my request for exchange or refund. Item was purchased new directly from Boxingbar though their website. Feels like my unit was stored outdoors. I would not buy again. Won't do business with this company ever again.
Ordered on 16th October, still not delivered 3rd November. They won’t send another one despite parcel having been lost by DPD. Asked to give them two days to investigate a week ago, and they still want another 4 days today.
