The standard set of hug boxes didn’t suit my needs, as the person I was buying for doesn’t like sweet things or chocolates. These guys were amazing. They offer a wide range of items that you can pick and choose to go into the boxes, including a donation to a charity. When I thought we had an issue with the courier they pulled all the stops out. Super speedy communications. I’ll be back
Just the kind of site I've been looking for. Beautifully curated selection of books, plants, edible treats and other bits and bobs. Reasonable pricing and great to have the choice of pre-selected boxes or make your own. All the boxes I've ordered have been delivered on time. My new go-to for gifts!
I had ordered from a different company, a ‘Box of Hugs’ for a very dear friend who most definitely needed a hug. That company never delivered - literally!! I then discovered Box of Hugs London - THANK GOODNESS!! I made up my own box to send, the items were really lovely. The box was made up and send really quickly, so my dear friend got her hug!! I was super happy with everything about this service! The items are lovely, they are very efficient from when you order to getting it sent out, the website is user friendly and it is really good value. Ive used this company twice now. Website is easy to use and design your own box and the people ive gifted them to absolutely love them. Delivered quickly and was kept updated on delivery. Really good range of products to choose from. Would definitely use them again
It’s a great idea being able to create a custom box of gifts, I was able to include the things my friend would love most. The gift arrived in two days, my friend was delighted with the quality and the contents. It’s such a cute way of showing someone you are thinking about them.
