I am sharing my experience with the platform after encountering two significant issues in less than a month, which have greatly impacted my trust in their services.
1) Incorrect bet settlement:
I placed a bet on Total Throw-ins Over 32.5 for the match between two teams. The bet was settled as a loss, with the platform claiming the total number of throw-ins was 30. However, the match statistics shown on the platform indicated 34 throw-ins, and a reputable football statistics provider also confirmed this. I provided screenshots as evidence, yet the platform insisted the statistics were 'indicative only' and did not disclose the official source used to determine the figure of 30. Instead, I was asked to provide detailed information for every throw-in, which is unreasonable and not a professional approach to resolving a betting dispute.
2) Prior deposit issue:
Earlier, I faced a deposit problem where my funds were not credited to my account. This issue was only resolved after multiple emails and follow-ups, causing unnecessary delays and frustration.
Conclusion:
Experiencing a deposit issue and an incorrect bet settlement in such a short period, along with unclear communication and a lack of transparency, raises serious concerns about the platform's reliability and customer support. I am still waiting for a clear explanation of how my bet was settled and the official source used to determine the number of throw-ins. I hope management takes this case seriously and addresses it fairly and transparently.

In response to the platform’s reply, I want to clarify that their own statistics showed the total number of throw-ins as 34, not 30. I have screenshots as proof. Despite this, the platform continues to assert that the total was 30 without disclosing the official source for settlement or explaining the discrepancy. I am still requesting a clear written explanation of how this bet was settled and the exact official source used.

I had the worst experience with Melbet. I deposited money, played fairly, and when I requested a withdrawal, they started endless KYC verification harassment.First, they asked for my National ID. I provided it. Then they demanded a PDF from the government site, then selfies with my ID, then pictures showing my email inbox, then again the “original” ID, and then again “uncompressed files larger than 1MB.” Every time I send what they ask, they come back with new excuses.I even went to the government office and collected an officially printed ID, took high-quality photos, and sent them — still rejected. Instead of helping customers, they keep wasting time and blocking my money.This is pure harassment in the name of verification. Melbet does not respect players and does not release funds honestly. I strongly warn others: don’t trust Melbet with your money.
