Review Time
My international package was marked as 'delivered' when I was home all day, but nothing arrived. Their support refused to help, claiming their GPS shows the driver was here. Terrible reliability for a postal service
They sent a mail that my delivery was done , but nothing came in , i asked everybody around but nobody has seen or received it, i set mails but nobody comes back to me with any explanation, easy to drop a box somewhere and mail that it has been delivered useless service
The package was sent through a shipping service and collected from the designated pickup location on Saturday, 13/12/2025, due to an unsuccessful delivery attempt to my address on Friday. When I opened the package, I found that the expected item was missing. The shipping bag seemed to have been previously opened and then resealed.
They promised delivery before 2pm but didn’t arrive until 7pm when I was out, then dropped a 20kg parcel at a pickup point 2km away two days later instead of checking with my neighbors, who were home. Why not try again the next day before leaving it at the shop? I barely managed to carry it home, costing me an hour of my time and leaving me exhausted...
