I had completely mucked up my order and had ordered both shoes and toe spacers in the wrong size. The returns process was very easy and my parcel arrived only 2 weeks after my original order. I am also enjoying the foot Fundamentals Course which was provided with my order - very interesting and it will help me with my foot health and weaning myself off my orthotics. Thank you.
The Lems shoes I bought are amazing, so comfortable and warm. The staff member I interacted with was good but I think she was in training and wasn’t able to confidently answer my questions. I needed a good pair of vegan barefoot shoes for winter/cold days and there was nothing suitable so I bought non vegan shoes for the first time in over a decade.
This is the second time I've bought a few shows from Bprimal. I'm enjoying the minimalist experience and the pathway to healthier feet. The overall purchasing experience from browsing the website to accepting delivery was great, no surprises. The information on the website to help you decide on the transition is very informative but ultimately won't make the decision for you. I tend to do a lot of research before I make any purchase really but if it helps anyone else I've been happy with my purchases. I have bought a total of 7 pairs of shoes over the last few purchases, honestly more than half of those have been 'Lems' who make great shoes but my last purchase included a pair of 'Xero' and a pair of 'Altra', so far so good. What you choose will depend on your usage. Read up, use the online size guides so your aren't disappointed. Enjoy.
The first pair of shoes I ordered were great but not the right style for me. The exchange process was easy to manage and, as per my request, a store credit was issued. The second style were perfect and both times the delivery was very quick. Thanks for making shoe shopping online an easy thing to do.
I recently started experiencing pain from a bunion on my left big toe and came across Bprimal while searching for solutions online. I decided to visit the store but wasn’t sure about the right size for the toe spacers.Amy was incredibly patient and helpful—she assisted me in trying both XS and S sizes in store. At the time, the S size was out of stock, so I purchased the XS. However, after wearing it at home for about 20 minutes, I realised it felt a bit too tight.I reached out to the team at Bprimal, and they responded very quickly. They arranged for the S size to be ordered and delivered directly to my home, which I really appreciated.After using the correct size for about a week, the pain in my big toe has significantly improved. I now wear the toe spacer even during exercise, and it has made a noticeable difference.Excellent customer service and a great product—I highly recommend them!
I will be buying more of the Correct Toes Sport. I wear them every day. I am loving how my feet are changing, my bunion pain is gone and soon my whole bunion will be too. It is so important to fix your feet if you want to maintain the mobility of your feet and therefore walk and do everything in life better!
