Great food, great service and complete control over my account. My dog is nine and always eaten Arden Grange kibble (with another branded wet food); she’s a picture of health! Her coat shines and she has no side effects from this food (like itching etc) & regularly gets comments that she can’t be 9!
The local postal service delivered my order to the wrong address. I contacted Arden who helped to locate where the package had gone and despite that the problem was due to the postal service delivering it to the wong place (the address on the package was correct), they took full responsibility for it. Fabulous service - thankyou.
We have been feeding our giant breeds - Irish Wolfhounds and Lurchers (Deerhound/Greyhound cross) - with Arden Grange large breed dry food since the start of the covid epidemic, when buying high quality dog food that was made in the UK became a priority. None of us - dogs or humans - have looked back since, as the kibble is excellent, the dogs healthy, and the service from Arden Grange always reliable. A new Wolfhound pup will be joining us in a few weeks time, so I have ordered the large breed puppy dry food in preparation, knowing that it provides an excellent foundation for a happy and healthy hound.
