Awful scamming company.

Total costs ended up 30% over estimate even though we did a virtual walkthrough and the provided item list was accurate.

They rescheduled the day and time on both ends.

Items arrived broken or went "missing".

They claim that every mover is a bravo employee but its clear these are all subcontractors.

I am still waiting 6+ months for the insurance case to move forward.

Overall I highly recommend to steer clear of long distance movers and instead hire local movers on each end to load/unload a uhaul.

Bravo Movers broke my trust

We decided to entrust Bravo moving with our move at the beginning of the year. We mainly based this decision on their rate per cubic foot after receiving their quote. At first everything went pretty well. Movers showed up one day after their stated move date. They worked very hard in getting all of our items loaded onto their truck, They seemed to take care to wrap everything. Only thing that was uncomfortable is that at the end of the day all of the movers came up to us with their hands out asking for tips. We were not prepared for that, and had very little cash on hand. I gave them what little I had. We had bought them lunch. During the day while working, they decided to help themselves to my beer and my wife's Turleys, which we found out later by the empty cans and bottles left behind. We were told by the foreman that because of the large volume of items, our items would be moved the next day into a larger semi moving truck at their LA warehouse before being transported to our new home in Texas. After that is when things started to go wrong. There was a series of miscommunications about when the moving truck would get loaded and arrive at our new home. We were originally told the transfer would take place the next day. That did not happen. When I would call for updates, I was told that the semi-truck would be loaded with our items the next day. I was told this every single day for the next week. The reasons were different from what I was told, and what our realtor was told. She called Bravo was told it was because of a truck break down. I was told the truck was either there or on its way to the warehouse. Finally, after 1 1/2 weeks, the truck got loaded and was on its way to Texas. When our truck finally arrived in Texas, the crew hired to unload worked very hard to unload all of our items and placed them in the rooms we wanted. It was after the unloading was completed, and we started unpacking, that we found some damaged items. Guess that is expected with such a large move. Most of the broken items I could deal with. However, the most disturbing thing is that my cordless 1/2' Milwaukee drill and 1/2" cordless impact wrench, their batteries and charger, along with my tool bag are missing. I personally packed them in a box, taped it up and labeled it. When my wife opened the box, my tools were missing, replaced with miscellaneous items. Perhaps this was payback for not providing enough of a tip? Someone decided to make up for it by taking my tools? I contacted the manager at Bravo. He said he would ask about it but provided no reassurance beyond that. Also found that my hand truck is missing. I'm out about $800 in missing tools. The only reason they get 1 star is because of the hard work the movers did perform in loading and unloading the truck.Another thing to add, their quote was way off. The total cost was double the amount quoted.

Do not hire these people

Do not hire these people. Read the bad reviews and check out better business bureau.Check out my photos if you want to see how your items will arrive (note: we paid for them to pack and wrap our goods). Multiple boxes just thrown in the truck. Many things (wine, power drill etc) were either stolen or misplaced. We got given someone else's ski gear (worth around $1k). To top it off they deliver my children,s bunks beds and put them together missing many screws (which they had lost) and left a large buffet on it's side (for us to move) after deeply scratching the wooden floor. They hired two people to help them with bringing things in from the truck, but these two new guys were great and kept shaking their heads watching the 2 bravo people bring things in so carelessly. I so wish I had done this first..Further, they refer your complaint to their insurer (which actually is a bogus non-insurer) .If you complain, prepare to have Ali threaten / intimidate you over the phone. It would be better for you to throw your items in the trash than use this company. So many red flags, I guess it was my fault for not doing enough diligence.
