I changed my mind several times regarding furniture placement, and they were consistently accommodating and cheerful throughout the process. Their professionalism remained intact, even during such a long day. If I could give them ten stars, I absolutely would. The team that assisted with my move was incredible! They handled everything with great care and ensured nothing was harmed. Even though the day was lengthy (over 6 hours), they maintained a positive attitude throughout. I would certainly hire them again and recommend them to anyone in need of moving services.
3 Men Movers moved my small house of 1100sq. ft and did an ok job. They did however break my washing maching in the move and my floor was covered in water in my brand new house on the first start-up. I tried to do a claim but my $850 washing machine is only covered at $.60/lb and at 125lbs the washing maching is worth to them about $75 and would cost $500 to fix it. I do NOT recommend these movers as they don't speak english and do NOT care about the move. They will also try and extend as much time for more money as possible.

What followed was not a good-faith effort to resolve the issue, but a calculated dismissal of responsibility that lays bare the company’s priorities (profit over people).Upon reporting the damages, 3 Men Movers responded with a letter dated May 7, 2025, that epitomizes corporate evasion. The company cited Texas Department of Motor Vehicles (TxDMV) regulations to justify capping compensation at $0.60 per pound for the television, which amounts to a laughable $57.00 for a device worth far more. While they offered a "goodwill" settlement of $250.00, this figure is a slap in the face given the actual cost of replacing the TV and repairing the door. Worse, the letter explicitly states that property damage, such as the shattered door, is "typically" not compensated unless the customer jumps through hoops to provide repair quotes. This shifts the burden of proof entirely onto the consumer, despite the damage occurring under the company’s watch.The response from Customer Service reveals a corporate playbook designed to minimize payouts. By hiding behind TxDMV’s minimum liability standards, 3 Men Movers sidesteps its ethical obligation to address the full scope of damages. The $250 offer is not a gesture of goodwill, but a calculated tactic to placate customers while avoiding meaningful accountability. The stipulation that the offer expires after 90 days adds unnecessary pressure, forcing customers to accept inadequate compensation or risk losing even that pittance.The company’s refusal to address the door damage unless provided with "1-2 quotes" is particularly egregious. This requirement ignores the reality that such damage is a direct consequence of their crew’s actions. Asking customers to invest time and effort into sourcing repair estimates for problems they did not create is a transparent strategy to deter claims. It reflects a corporate culture that views customer concerns as inconveniences rather than legitimate grievances.3 Men Movers’ response underscores a fundamental truth: this company cannot be trusted to honor its commitments or protect your belongings. Their reliance on bureaucratic loopholes (e.g., TxDMV’s $0.60-per-pound rule) reveals a business model built on evading responsibility. The $250 "settlement" is not a resolution, but a insulting token gesture that fails to cover even a fraction of the damages incurred.
