Returned - Easy Breezy

I returned the product because it was not what I wanted. I had zero issues getting a return authorization. I received notifications tracking my return through the stages of shipping it back and receipt at the vendor. My refund was issued immediately and in full once it was received back. It was about one week, from the time of a refund request to the refund being issued. I have seen complaints about the refund process. That was not my experience.

I've had 4. They all died at 3 to 4 months -- a working one is 5-stars -- while they work

I want to start with that absolutely love this product. Issue is it dies every three to four months. It's probably a computer chip that's failing since it dies with the same regularity. Because I bought one and then I paid the shipping for replacement on the warranty and then that one failed and then they sent me another one and that one failed and they sent me another one and that died yesterday. There's no warning about it dying either. It doesn't die while in use you just go to turn it on and it'll no longer works. And I hate this because as a product itself it's amazing, my hair looks like it came from the stylist. But there's a defect in the build. And I'm not a particularly heavy user I probably use it five to six times a week. I work at home so I only use it when I'm leaving the house or have a zoom meeting. I would give this five stars if it weren't for the defect, but I have had four of these in a year and all of them died between three and four months. And again if someone is reading this from the company you probably have a chip defect or a programmatic defect that's just turning it off after 4 months. Literally nothing happens to it it's not being overused. It's not wet. It's not in a location where it can't vent. It's the same use that you did the day before but it just won't turn on. If it were a use issue it also wouldn't die the same way all four times in the same time frameToday I'm going to try to find another product that's as good, but buyer beware, get a warranty because I had four that all died. By the way they very nicely sent me two more after the warranty one -- for free, but it just doesn't matter if it can't make it past 4 months.

Do not work for Sutra at Hair Show…

A friend of mine worked a Premier Hair show as a rep for Sutra and has yet to be paid for her time and talent. They owe her $800 and refuse to respond. Beware of working trade shows for them!!!

poor quality and poorer customer service

I ordered the heating brush. The product was useless for curly hair. I tried to return it , and had to email them multiple times for them to send me return label. Then they did not refund until i sent them rem9inder emails, and also refunded only $79 when the product was $109. This is pure scam. Be careful before you buy their products

Don’t purchase unless you will keep it for sure. I just returned one of their products. I used it once to just try it. And when I returned it they didn’t refund the full amount. Kept $30 for no reason. Saying it wasn’t unused. How was I supposed to see if the product worked for me? So expensive and then you don’t get full refund.

Don't buy anything on sale

I purchased a curling iron on black Friday for $80. The default setting was for the larger barrel size and I didn't change it before ordering (my fault). I contacted customer service and asked if I could exchange this iron with one that came with different size barrels that cost $150. They said they don't do exchanges so my only option was to request a refund. I submitted my refund request that day and waited 5-6 days for them to deny my request because my order was a final sale. Nowhere on my receipt does it say final order or under the current description for the iron. According to customer service, if you purchase an item on sale it's considered a final sale. I find it hard to believe they won't accept a new iron back in exchange for me to spend an additional $70 for another set of irons. Instead they would rather lose a customer and get a bad review. Lousy business model Sutra!
