The introductory AI coding session was engaging and generated genuine excitement for our child, Avanish. It was encouraging to see his keen interest in the subject following the session.
As parents, we felt that an additional detailed orientation session — including a brief demonstration of the curriculum and learning outcomes — would further help students and parents make a more informed decision about enrolling in the program. A clearer walkthrough of the course structure could strengthen confidence and commitment.
For students in Grade 5 and below, we believe structured mentoring alongside the curriculum would be highly beneficial. In this age group, consistent guidance and a positive teacher–student rapport are essential to ensure that children stay motivated and channel their efforts in the right direction. A more personalized, one-on-one engagement approach would significantly enhance learning effectiveness.
We hope the teaching team continues to nurture individual student potential with focused attention and encouragement, enabling children to build real-world problem-solving skills. With this approach, the program can truly create a win-win experience for students, parents, and the management.

My son was taking their class and bought additional package for 150 classes last year.
At that time, we confirmed with the staff that we would be able to get refund if my son leaves the classes in the middle. The staff explained to us that no-refund policy in the terms & conditions wouldn’t be applied to old students, thus we decided to purchase 150 classes. We received e-mail as a proof from the staff to guarantee the refund.
Recently, due to personal reasons, my son decided to leave the course, so we notified them of termination and requested refund. However, they refused to refund the balance amount because of terms & conditions, which we confirmed with the staff last year that this wouldn’t be applied to my son.
We sent them screenshots of WhatsApp and e-mail and have been requesting them to refund the balance amount, but the staff have just kept telling us that they would confirm internally and reply to us.
Are you scamming us? Or can you let us know when you can refund the balance which you previously guaranteed?

I'm a robotics teacher at Brightchamps. I have a third-grade student. He's so passionate about learning robotics that his mother always adds classes during the holidays. The class did not meet our expectations. Another student in the session appeared to be struggling, and the instructor responded in a way that felt more harsh than supportive. At one point, the student was having difficulty locating the Tab key on his keyboard and mistakenly believed he needed to type out “TAB.” I attempted to assist, but the overall classroom environment felt tense and unproductive. Ultimately, we decided the session was not a good fit for us, sent a message in the chat saying, “This isn’t going to work for us — have a nice day,” and disconnected.
My son, Osato enjoyed all his sessions and often shared with me the progressed he made.
He has been able to work on several projects and I am confident he will use what he has learnt to make future strides. I am also hopeful he will want to return back to doing more sessions in not too distant future.
I considered to become a member of BrightCHAMPS. I have decided to pay lessons with another institution. I informed BrightCHAMPS callers 7 times not to call me anymore. THEY KEEP on calling me. I block it. Again they keep on stalking you with different numbers. Automated calls as well. I DO NOT WANT TO BE CALLED ANYMORE! + 6 months this is going on.
We’ve had such a wonderful experience with our kids’ robotics class. The teacher has been absolutely fantastic — patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about helping children learn.
My son started coding classes this month, and the experience has been fantastic at every level. He has a wonderful teacher and is truly enjoying the lessons. I hope the quality of coaching remains this high. I highly recommend this service.
