Was emailed a quote of $748 but on the day of the job was told $1400 if pay by eftpos or $1300 for cash. They double the price and the job wasnt very good we had the real estate question the cleaning. They are a scammers and dishonest. We had no choice on the day but to use them because we booked it close to leaving and there was no time to get anyone else, therefore they did this on purpose. We did try to talk to Sunny about the payment we paid and he was very rude and defensive.
Best ever experience with this company. They clean the way we was expected. Full marks to the operator who send me the nice hard working cleaners for this end of lease clean. They spend 4-5 hours to clean my place and the house looks sparkling clean again. We got our full bond back on time from our agent. I will recommend them & use them again whenever I move again. Fake reviews here. Took money upfront. Sent one guy who did basic cleaning. Did not do everything agreed in the price. Tried to charge more for things listed on quote. Left without doing multiple items on list. The brightzone receptionist swore that he'd rectify the situation with another cleaner and refund me the extra money I gave the cleaner. ( Charging me extra for what I already paid for ) after not doing that I contacted them to negotiate a refund. The receptionist tried to confuse me and manipulate my attention away from the fact I paid over 120 an hour for 1 guy to come and half clean and demand more money.
I am thankful and very glad to hire Bright end of lease cleaning Melbourne in last moment they accepted my quote and request because some other company who supposed to job in my townhouse denied to come in same day and I felt like I am stuck so eventually I had in my mind about this cleaning company but their price were bit higher than previous cleaning company now I realized money doesn't matter your probability and loyalty matters and this company proved it. Because all the extras was included in rhe final price upfront. The quote was very detailed & simple to understand. Everything went so smoothly. I am very happy with the quality of cleaning they provided in my premises. I highly recommend them to everyone. So far the best service with a cleaning company I've ever had in Town because i do move almost every year. I regret why i could not find them when i moved last year. Job well done! Raj and the team booked in my end of vacate cleaning a couple of days before the cleaning. On the day Raj rang to ask if the team could come early which worked perfectly well for me and they were fully ready waiting outside the property at the time they booked.The clean was done deeply and with the standard needed by the real estate agent. The work exactly the list of items needs to be done & also done few items free of cost & help us move some furniture out too. I do highly recommend Bright end of lease cleaning guys!

Finally I got Bright end of lease cleaning who save me from extra rent to pay by taking on the job on the same day we called, showed up 30 mins after I called them and immediately got to work.They were two of them who finished cleaning the property within a three & half hours. The price was cheaper then the quote we were given from old company who cancelled us last minute.Carpet was the main worry for me which look brand new to me.The house cleaned properly even they did fumigation without charging extra as we had a dog in our house. Later they dropped the key back to the agent after the cleaning as we moved interstate. Thanks to Harry who took photos and sent them to us for proof.I've babbled on, but honestly can't say enough good things. Value for money, very professional, quick to respond calls & emails, cheaper then others and best service ever I got from any company till now. My real estate was so pleased from the cleaning and got the number of them to hire them for cleaning their other clients properties. The process was very easy through email only. Very next day they send cleaners who done a fabulous job to clean the apartment & we got all our bond back.
