This was the most amazing company I've ever dealt with! And no I'm not kidding!!! I wanted the trip of a lifetime for me and my two kids to take a safari. I shared the things I wanted to do, see lions and giraffe and most importantly elephants, specifically to see the elephant I had adopted online, go horseback riding, relax, eat and experience the beauty and culture of Africa… And they fulfilled every single desire and then some! It was organized from start to finish. The website they put together for you is full of knowledge. They made every single step of the way easy... from every piece of paperwork that needed to be filled out to vaccinations to driver pick ups to what to wear and how to tip. The process was easy and organized. And more importantly, the adventures that we had, the people they connected us with, the places we stayed, the food we ate, the animals we saw, and the overall joy of being in Kenya can't be put into words! Every single person we worked with took care of us. This was the best trip I've ever taken in my entire life and I've been all over the world! We talk about it almost every day. I highly highly highly recommend this company and can't wait to do business with them again!!!!!!
Brilliant Africa helped create the most perfect honeymoon! From the time we put in the inquiry all the way to our return back home, they were so attentive, informative, kind, and so incredibly helpful. They answered all of our questions promptly and gave us all of the tools we needed to get from the US to Africa so that we didn’t have to worry about it while planning our wedding. I really appreciated how quickly Tracy responded to our very initial inquiry. She then followed up and we customized the itinerary based on her recommendations. We are so happy with every aspect of how our holiday turned out. Everything was carried out to perfection, from the airport pick-ups, to the surprise breakfasts organized by Alyson and Tracy, to the hotel staff knowing about our food preferences. Alyson was very helpful with all our questions leading up to the trip. We hope to work with Brilliant Africa again!
I normally don't use travel agencies for trips but figured it's a must with an African Safari and I could not be more thankful for Aly, Marc, and Tracy helping to coordinate our dream vacation in Kenya. When planning, they gave us multiple options in our price range, we're able to easily accommodate changes, and were even able to help facilitate a visa issue we had. We didn't have to worry about in-country travel, all our transportation was coordinated for us. Couldn't recommend them enough!
Tracy at Brilliant Africa REALLY listened and tailored a holiday that was just what we wanted. The arrangements were seamless, fantastically adventurous but without any of the hassles. The local people on the ground added tremendously to the holiday, as did the thoughtfully selected lodges. When I next book to visit Africa, I will head straight to Brilliant Africa.
