Very poor customer service

Ordered and received the Nano Tape, but the product does not work!I have emailed them 3 times requesting a refund with no response whatsoever. Do not buy from this company.

I would agree with all the negative…

I would agree with all the negative feedback. The trick at purchase offering discount for purchase but instead charging for 2 leaf blowers with quantity unable to be changed. I was supplied with dead end email addresses. PayPal prompted them to contact me however the AI letter of support with instructions for remedy were also a dead end. I returned the product and it sat at the local post office for a month . They told pp it hadn’t been sent. Yes and now a notice saying that they are trying to source a replacement charger for their recalled leaf blowers….it will never happen. I have received a refund for faulty blower via pp and have binned the other faulty one. My advice is to scroll on by.

Never received my order and tracking…

Never received my order and tracking number sent was not Valid with 5Track.Despite numerous emails l have not received one email in response to myqueries regarding my order which is appalling. This is a SCAM so don’t be tempted to buy anything on their website. No contact number or physical address says it all. I will take action against this scam company as they are liable for refunding my money.

When they have a faulty product recall…

When they have a faulty product recall even if it is only the charger you should be able to get a full refund. I purchased the hand held blower from them and have been waiting weeks to get the replacement piece. Not good enough and definitely would not recommend buying anything from them. Totally appalling!!

I just received my cordless leaf…

I just received my cordless leaf blower. its not working. both batteries are fully charged. What I figured out is you have to slightly tamper the back enabling to work. Hey I paid $179 for this I expect to be fully working. I emailed Brillant Aussies, no one responded.

So I never received my blower it…

So I never received my blower it actually went to my neighbours house! I have emailed them hundreds of times and they do not respond, but they did respond telling me that their chargers are faulty and can cause death! So they want to send a replacement charger! Well no I do not want a replacement charger I want a refund! This company are scammers so do not buy from them, they are horrible! Absolute scums that rip off people!

The product shown in the ad looked high‑quality and powerful, but the item I received was significantly inferior and did not match what was advertised.When I contacted customer service, they stated that because the item “works,” they would not offer a refund or replacement. This completely ignores the fact that the product does not match the advertised quality or specifications.I’m sharing this so others are aware of my experience

It's a scam on checkout

It's a scam on checkout. They show your purchase as getting a discount. It's actually making you a second purchase, then a third...SCAM SCAM SCAMps.they refunded and after prompting, did send order.
