This company is amazing to deal with. They even got the order to me a couple of days sooner than originally anticipated, and it was exactly as I expected it to be, only nicer. I love my new Rise & Grind XXL and I love the subdued look of the grey camo. Most comfortable hat I've ever worn on my big ol' head.The follow-up after I received the order just to make sure everything was okay was a very nice touch.
I don't usually write reviews, but I have to give King & Fifth serious credit—especially for their Men’s Performance Trucker Hats. These things are absolute perfection. Lightweight, breathable, and stylish as hell. I’ve bought hats from all the big-name brands, but nothing fits or feels quite like these. The Vapor Gray and Black Army are now part of my daily rotation—hands down the best hats I own.Yes, I had an issue with my recent Father’s Day order (one item was out of stock due to a website glitch), but once I got in touch with their customer service manager Diana, she handled it like a pro. She not only refunded the unavailable item, but also sent me two bonus hats as a gesture of goodwill—and promised to ship the missing color when it’s back in stock. That kind of above-and-beyond effort is rare these days, and it completely restored my faith in the brand.Bottom line: the hats are elite, the team stands behind their product, and they absolutely earned a loyal customer. If you’re thinking about grabbing a trucker hat—stop thinking. Just do it. You won’t regret it.
Is an avid hat wearer for most of my teen years and up into adulthood, I would have to say these are the best hats I have worn. Lightweight, comfortable, and they look great. Most of the hats I have worn in the past give me a headache after a few hours and these do not at all. I had a defective hat from an order in which the plastic back strap came out of the stitching on the side. This was resolved quickly once Customer Support was made aware of the defect. Diana was great to work with and a new hat was sent to me within a few days. I will continue to be a customer and look forward to purchasing new hats from this company.
Let me start by saying best fitting hat that I have ever purchased! Got it, pulled it out of the box it came in, slapped it on and didn't even have to adjust it! These guys know what they are doing! About time someone realized not all men have jurassic heads! I will definitely be ordering again.
The "Rise and Grind" hat fits perfect.As many others have mentioned, I've always struggled to find hats that fit my smaller head well. I pulled this out of the package and it fit better than any other hat I own. I'll definitely be getting others from K&F.Thanks for making hats for the rest of us.
