I placed an order with this company and they totally messed it up (and scammed me). I paid for 3 items (1 x 28cm pan with glass lid and 2 x 24cm pan with glass lid). They sent the 28cm pan and a 20cm wok. My other 2 pans never arrived. Opened a case on PayPal and they managed to convince PayPal that they sent the items by providing 2 tracking numbers. Britneed never got back to me since. I ordered back in Nov 2025 and now is March 2026.
This Chinese company is a big con.

Something wrong with this company, I bought a cast iron pan, I received it after 2 weeks, it came damaged on the lid and quality was not that good and they advertised it as "Made in Germany" when it's actually made in China, so I messaged them for a week and no reply so then I opened a Paypal dispute then they replied saying they will partially refund me if I close the Paypal case (do not fall for that, otherwise they will not refund you as the moment you close the case that's it), anyway right now I am waiting for Paypal decision. Terrible company.

Wish I had read the reviews first! I purchased a fish tank water cleaner without realizing these products are shipped internationally. It's been three weeks now, and the support team has only provided a tracking reference. Three weeks in, and it still hasn't cleared customs. I'm starting to wonder if the item will arrive before 2026.

Initially doubtful... but it truly is the best pan I've ever used. If you follow the re-oiling instructions, it's like new every time. I can fry eggs and make stews; it's incredibly versatile.

Completely disappointing

Completely disappointing! The pan is definitely NOT non-stick. The food stuck so badly that I couldn't clean it and ended up throwing it away after just two uses! The food does not move around freely in the pan as advertised. Total waste of money.

Customer service was outstanding

The representative was fantastic. I had been trying for over two weeks to get a replacement stream box, but I was going in circles. The representative listened to my concerns and reviewed the notes on file, and the box was delivered the next day.
