+ Overall, a very good company to work with + Quick responses to inquiries + Quite decent web hosting + Reliable - Occasionally, Level 1 support takes too long to escalate issues - Email problems and blacklisted IP addresses have been frequent during my time with them. It's improved recently but still needs work. Resolve these issues, and they deserve 5 stars.

Significant Decline Since Recent Changes — Proceed with Caution

The company's decline since being taken over has been drastic. What was once a reliable hosting provider has turned into a case study on eroding customer trust. Email deliverability is now terrible, with messages either disappearing into spam filters or failing completely. For businesses reliant on email, this is a major issue. Performance on their ‘premium’ servers is disappointingly poor, and the promised ‘unlimited storage’ is misleading, with a hidden 10GB cap. This is far from what 'unlimited' should mean. Currently, they are riding on their past reputation while providing a frustrating and unsatisfactory service. There are better, faster, and more honest options available. Avoid this one.

The staff demonstrates a very quick response time in the ticket system. They are friendly and professional. Each time I opened a ticket, I received a prompt reply within minutes, and the issue was resolved within one or two hours, sometimes even faster.
