It's been over six months since I contracted them for these services, and progress has been glacial. Communication is incredibly lacking; I'm constantly chasing them for updates, only to be met with a barrage of excuses and very little tangible work to show for it. Six months is far too long for these projects, and the lack of transparency and consistent delays have seriously hampered my business growth. I'm incredibly frustrated with their lack of professionalism and would strongly caution anyone considering them for social media marketing services. Their initial website build gave me a false sense of security, and I deeply regret entrusting them with these crucial platforms.
