I ordered a hoodie but the description lacked a size chart. I contacted customer service for guidance but they couldn’t provide any information. Based on online reviews, I ordered a size down, but it ended up being too small, and they don’t accept returns. The quality was also disappointing. I now have a hoodie I can’t wear. Shipping was quick, and while customer service did respond, they weren’t helpful. A size chart and return policy would improve their rating.

My items arrived quickly! Overall, I recommend giving them a chance and checking the details before ordering.
The shirt is labeled as XL, but the bag says XXL. I also ordered an XL shirt and they appear to be the same size. I’ll keep the shirt as it fits well, but I regret not choosing a different style since the XXL was sold out. The shirts are also quite thin.
The shoes came with a noticeable black mark. I reached out to the company but received an unclear response about contacting a vendor, and I never heard back. The quality control is lacking, and the customer service was even worse. I won’t be purchasing from this site again.
