My experience has been shambolic. They miscalculated my income tax figures and took six months to resolve it, and it took over a month to respond to a simple inquiry, only after I followed up. I advise avoiding this company at all costs. Update: They flagged my previous comments as defamatory, which I find perplexing, as this reflects my experience and that of many others based on reviews.
