*Edited to add that I received an email back from the support email listed on Btirdl’s site. They said there was a problem when the tried to deliver the chairs. I assured them that there was no problem bc they never tried to deliver the items. Told them I knew it was a scam. They have been emailing me offering me a partial refund despite me telling them PayPal refunded me. I’m assuming they are hoping I’ll agree to a “refund” so they can get an account number to “credit” Scam. Thankfully I paid through PayPal and will be receiving a refund. Ordered the BOGO Adirondack chairs. Tracking order through the site says my order was delivered yesterday and it definitely wasn’t. Sent an email to their support listed on website..no response. PayPal has a totally different support email listed from seller(it’s a clothing store) and billing from a whole other different name. So between not receiving a confirmation or tracking email from bturidl, seeing tracking through their website saying delivered but not receiving item, and PayPal having a totally different company listed for support, I determined I was scammed. It's a TOTAL SCAM. They will never send you your product and they will send you to a fake website for disputes!!! I saw on TikTok they were selling the shoe drawer for $44.98 and it was a LIE. I ordered it and never received it and I went to the dispute website they provide for a complaint and they never followed back up with me. It has been a month.
I don't even want to give 1 star. Like other reviews below I ordered the bogof garden chairs through tiktok. Presumed it was legit as it was through tiktok. They're website claims to have 5 stars on trust pilot but because I bought through tiktok I stupidly didn't click out of it to check as I didn't want to lose the advert, I'm so angry at myself for been fooled but so angry in this day and age when moneys so tight that there's people out there that'll take people's money and have absolutely no remorse !! I'm also so mad that tikttok allow scam advertisements on people fyp!
This is a scam company. I should’ve known because the things they offer are at too low price. I paid around $50 to get the two for one Adirondack lawn chair deal and paid on PayPal. Of course I never got them and not only that I can’t find my order on their site or on PayPal or on the TikTok shop. I’ll never see that money again. But I wanted to find a way to warn everybody else. On their fraudulent website they claim to be a five star trust pilot company but they are barely 2 stars.
