I had to order elevating leg rests for my daughter’s upcoming surgery. I called the store because I was unsure which one fit the chair we borrowed. The guy that answered was very professional and patient as he walked me through how to measure a specific part of the chair to get the correct ones. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing parts.
My order had to be adjusted cause one of my item was so out. Got call for a woman asking me to return her call, I did she explain everything to and order me tires that were available. Sent them out via FedEx and got them the next.
