This has been an incredibly frustrating experience with both the product and the customer service. The coat fit poorly on our toddler, being both too large and too small at once, making it difficult to put on. When I attempted to return it, the package was sent back to me with a rejection stating 'no given reason.' After reaching out for clarification, I was informed that the return was denied due to a name sticker on the coat. I removed the sticker, and the coat was otherwise new and unworn. They initially agreed to let me return it again, but then later claimed they would no longer engage with me because I 'threatened' them (I mentioned I would dispute the charge with my credit card company if they didn't process the return, as outlined in their policies). Now, I've had to file a dispute with my credit card company to recover my funds for what should have been a straightforward return.
