Avoid!!!

The experiences that were sent were no where near as good as the ones they use on their advertising. We were sent activities that were free or had minima cost to take part in independently. My son was very poorly and taken into hospital so I asked if the activities could be deferred but was told not. When I attempted to cancel subscription in the app, it didn’t work so I was charged again. When I have contacted customer service about this (can frustratingly only be done on email), they have proved to be unhelpful. Avoid!

Great product - can’t wait to see what else it brings!

I have a Duo Buckt subscription with my partner, we have had it for around 10 months and we love it. We have always lived in Birmingham and there is still that is still surprising us. We love the fact we can use the ticket with a friend if the other doesn’t want to go and there really is something for everyone! We would love it if the app could show you past tickets / dates for upcoming things you have booked etc.

Duo Subscription - Really Difficult Booking Process

Had the duo subscription for maybe 6 or so months. Majority of the activites were great, but giving 3 stars because the booking system is absolutely shocking and extremely hard to use. So many times we would just end up missing events because there was no way to keep track of them if you have to book them for different months. The 'events' that come through event brite are all out of whack and don't include addresses or any contact information. Also its so frustrating having the tickets where you get send the codes the week before, because if you book them a month or 2 in advance you have no way whatsoever to track them etc. Also have to put in your information a million times each time you get tickets. If the app and booking process was better you would still have us as a customer but its just too difficult to navigate

Unique Experience Subscription

A really unique subscription with a variety of experiences to get involved in. The booking process and getting to grips with the app can be a learning curve at first, but is relatively simple once you get the hang of it. We’ve really enjoyed trying out unique experiences that we may not have otherwise considered. The subscription is good value for money considering the retail price of the tickets provided. The locations are usually easy to get to and not too far away, which is appreciated. It may be useful for the booking forms to include a section in which you can state if you have any accessibility needs. I spoke to Debbie on the phone who was really warm and helpful, thank you!

I am absolutely in love with Buckt

I am absolutely in love with Buckt, and I would highly recommend this incredible company to anyone who wants to add some excitement to their life and save a bunch of money. The activities we are receiving are fantastic, some examples are bowling, wall climbing, axe throwing, cinema tickets, comedy show and so much more. There is a choice for any age and abilities. I love that you can add more people to the activity if you'd like to bring an extra friend for example and it is super awesome that we have whole 3 months to complete activities, so no pressure with the timing. It's one of the best subscriptions I have ever tried!

    From axe throwing to alpaca walking, cinema tickets to sumo suit wrestling, you'll receive your tickets every month via the Buckt app and are able to do all of them or just the few that really take your fancy.

    Buckt operates in Birmingham, Bradford, Bristol, Cardiff, Leeds, Liverpool, London, Manchester, Sheffield and Worcestershire, and on average the included tickets and activities are worth around £50 per person if bought separately. It costs just £20 per person there are no extra costs (all tickets are included in the price of your subscription) and you can cancel any time once you've received your first set of tickets.
