Extremely Frustrating Experience

If I could rate this less than one star, I would! They don’t update the app with your activities, causing you to miss out. Their communication is almost nonexistent, and they clearly don’t adhere to consumer rights standards.

Took another £40 after only 14 days of subscribing??

Charged me for a second month’s subscription (£40) after only 14 days of subscribing to the first! Customer service is useless and would not refund. App is full of bugs and is so hard to use. Absolute waste of my time and would not recommend.

Frustrated with the Service

If I could give this company zero stars, I would. The concept is good, but the execution is poor—from the complicated app to the questionable business practices. I signed up for a trial but found the activities lacking and paused my subscription. Then I was charged without warning. When I reached out, I was told no refunds were available, and my subscription was canceled, yet they took my money without providing any tickets. The whole operation feels dishonest. Avoid if possible.

Such a game changer

Buckt has been such a game change! Since we started using it our weeks are full of bucket list experiences that never disappoint! Some of the experiences even include a free of charge drink or equipment! And all that for such a great price! We have recommended this to literally every person we know and this that have tried it have been as happy as us with it!! When we have need help from Buckt team they have quick at sorting us out and always very nicely.

Good idea bad execution

Good idea. Poor execution. I like the idea of new activities for each month but usually only 2-3 are decent when the others are poor e.g. a self guided tour or a competition for subscribers. However when booking activities there are heavy restrictions and issues with booking with vendors. Nothing can be booked on the app and you have to complete multiple processes with both Buckt and the vendor to book the activities. I been chasing a booking for about a month now as there was an error on the vendors system but Buckt didn’t think to tell us this and have been very unproductive in solving this, and I have had to chase the teams multiple times. There is no number to ring and sort this out promptly. Good idea. But poor service and execution that it’s not even worth my time so therefore cancelled after 2 months.

Really not impressed

Really not impressedApp doesn't work at all so we couldn't see our tickets. It turns out they'd emailed me about this but as they made such a point of telling us it was all on the app, I hadn't looked (my error) and I only searched for emails from them after they hadn't replied to my help ticket in three working days-their website says one working day to respond. Our first months activities were a trampoline park, RRP £10.50 PP, a yoga class RRP £11 PP (only two of the four options are actually available to us as we work 9-5) A comedy night we can't make as there's only one date, the Abbey House Museum, and a self guided walking tour. None of these are particularly exciting in our opinion. It's a real shame as the idea of Buckt is brilliant, and we were excited about some different date nights, but this is just really disappointing

AVOID - SCAMMERS

AVOID - SCAMMERSI lost access to my email address that I signed up with as I did it thorugh work and my employer went bust.I explained this to Buckt and that money is tight now and that I've moved to a different country (all true, and can be proven) and they just said no refunds under any circumstances. AVOID AVOID AVOID If you want to get 5 rubbish activities to do during certain hours per month that you probably have to wait months to do, and you're willing to jump through all of the loopholes to actually use your tickets, then sign up - otherwise avoid, jump on Groupon and find something you'll actually enjoy

Great idea - shame you can't book to do the activities

Great idea, enjoyed a few activities that we wouldn't normally have chosen to do However Worcester is now not an area covered so our last lot of tickets that were booked we turned up and the venue knew nothing about the tour. Thankfully the museum was kind enough to let us in free of charge.Or wrong email addresses were given so you couldn't book up. And on contacting the venue themselves they knew nothing about Buckt. So the last month was a complete waste of £40!!

Great idea just needs a little tweaking. A better app coming apparently.

Great idea just needs a bit of tweaking. The terms and rules are a little hard to understand but the customer service is very good and answers all questions promptly. Basically You have to make the bookings for each activity in the month that you receive them for a date within in three months, because they then disappear off the app at the end of each month before the next set arrive. Because it can be very difficult some times to book in and use them every month You have an option to pause your subscription to give you time to do the ones you’ve received and booked. The CEO Dan even rang me personally to help sort out any issues i was having.

Nice Idea, Basic Execution

Bought as a Christmas gift. Nice idea, experiences of varying quality but usually one or two items per month OK for us.You only get 3 weeks to see and book the items as they don't refresh until the first week.App is fairly poor and can't be used to actually book the activities so there is an amount of faff to organise each one.Bought as a gift subscription for 2 months, however it has renewed amd neither the recipient not myself can access the account to cancel. User error on my part really as should have cancelled the subscription while active. Had to wait a little while to get assistance, but when we did it was a phone call, and issues will be resolved.
