Review Time
Absolutely changed my mind about this company after my awful experience this morning. I have a subscription for the Bouncy Bones powder.
I delay the delivery once I’ve received the REMINDER email to say it’s going to be shipped shortly, unless I change that.
Today I was informed by email that my order was on the way!!!
I had NO reminder.
Nothing.
So I contacted them immediately and was told, too late! It’s on its way and we have taken the payment.
Absolutely diabolical unethical way to operate a business in this sneaky shady way.
If I had received the email, and didn’t change the subscription, then that’s MY fault, however when no emails have been received, that’s THEIR fault.
They couldn’t and didn’t want to prove they had sent the email either. Very fishy indeed.
I always supported this company from the start when they were a very small business that needed customers to thrive. Wish I’d never bothered.
I’ll find another brand for my dog.
I have had no emails in junk or regular inbox with a reminder, I checked every single email in my Hotmail and nothing.
If they are doing this to me, they are doing it to others, who they hope will just let it be. Not me. If I had no reminder, they is not my fault. I asked for proof that they had sent the reminder. Silence. No answer on that one. Surprise surprise. What a cheap nasty way to run a business.
In the past I’ve had reminders, where I have then gone immediately to my account and delayed it by X amount of months. This time, I was clearly scammed.
Now I have to report this to my credit card company and tell them what happened to get the funds reversed.
All this through no fault of my own.
I’ve been buying their products for years and often from pets at home, most of their range.
No more. It’s finished. I’ll never trust them ever again for what they’ve done this time. They simply don’t care.

My dogs love Super Tummy Daily, Pumpkin Powder and Salmon Oil. The difference in them is quite remarkable.Its been almost a year since we started our journey with Buddy & Lola and one that we will continue for a long time. My 12 year old dog had the poops really bad for 3 days, on vets advice I tried this, one dose and he was better!Since then our puppy has had diarrhea twice and every time it's worked within 2 hours to stop liquid diarrhea and firm up poops, it's a lifesaver!
My 2 year old border collie x has had sensitive tummy troubles all his life, I have tried many different things but nothing worked. I tried Buddy and Lola instant tummy, it was great but after a couple of weeks I had to give him it again so I got Buddy and Lola pumpkin powder as a long term remedy and give him a teaspoonful on his breakfast and one on his dinner and almost immediately and a few weeks later no more runny poos. My Skye Terrier came to me a bit a bit thin and she is a bit of a fussy eater suddenly not wanting to eat. I purchased the Weight Gainer and it has been absolutely brilliant Yes she has gained weight but she even eats the vegetables that I hide within her food ❤️ So it seems that The Weight Gainer acts as an enhancer when mixed with her food. One very happy owner and Skye Terrier.
Ordering was easy and I received my order quickly. Unfortunately the product I ordered didn’t agree with my dog’s sensitive stomach. Customer services have been excellent, organising a return for my unopened packet and then a prompt refund no quibbles. Great service.
I bought the super Tummy instant which after 2 days didn't work. But had an email ( after i sent a 2 star review with more information). So day 3 and dog bowls gone from so runny to firming. The only other thing we have used is super tummy daily plus.( we were waiting for special food recommend by vets).Dog is happy and more settled we are happy and highly recommend Buddy and lola products.We will carry on using the Super Tummy daily plus powder on his meal.( we have been back and to, to the vets for a couple of months, trying different things vets recommend, with no change.)
I have tried absoloutly everything to stop my minuture dachsunds diahorrea...spent hundreds!!...Spoken to a vet and bought some stuff they said would sort the problem which it never...I tried this 2 days ago as a very last resort !!!..Problem solved within 12 hours !!!!..i cant believe it ...I'm so so so shocked !!!Even my vets recommending it too !!!Thank-you so so much xxxxxx
