Jocelyn was wonderful!!! Very patient with the changes I requested!! She was very professional and courteous. Obviously there was some confusion on my part and she helped me resolve my concerns. I'm so happy that I had her helping me resolve these concerns.
The advertisement claimed that "What's in the box" included the rear camera. However, it was not listed during checkout. After completing the payment, I was offered the rear camera for an additional $49.99. This means the original advertisement was misleading, and I ended up paying an extra $50 to receive the complete system.
I appreciate the excellent sale. Selecting an item was straightforward, and the product description was very informative. It highlighted some appealing features, offered free shipping, and has a solid reputation for quality. I'm replacing a previous model.
