My experience with the service was terrible! They proposed a fixed contract for early 2025, which I agreed to, but now, at the year's end, they calculated my costs as if I had a variable contract. It's embarrassing, misleading, and unprofessional.
Terrible service and a frustrating experience. They often cannot read the meter readings for gas or electricity. What do they do? Nothing, except increase the monthly payment, believing you are underpaying. Will they fix it with the utility provider? No! They insist it’s the provider’s fault and take no responsibility. They somehow managed to turn 'budget' into a negative experience.
I received a bill of 6800 euros for a one-person household after terminating my contract. I had been paying monthly based on their calculations. When I asked for an explanation, they continued attempting to withdraw the absurd amounts. Be cautious, and most importantly, do not pay after raising objections. They pressure customers with dubious tactics, especially expats. Stay as far away as possible from this scamming service.
I have never encountered such a frustrating and careless process with an energy provider. I signed up online, and my address was completely wrong. I noticed the error from an email over the weekend when no support was available. On Monday, customer service told me I should have called sooner and hinted at a fee for changes. After confirming my correct address, I received an update the next day, and it was still wrong. I worry they will charge me for their mistakes. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable.
This service has been wearing down the patience of its customers. I have been waiting for over two years for them to correct my final bill. Instead of accurate calculations, they added an unjustified extra charge of €2,800 based on estimates. I have only used gas for basic needs, yet they claim my total cost exceeds €4,000. This is completely unrealistic and unacceptable.
Whatever they tell you your payment will be, expect at least an additional €50 a month. I signed up for a service at €125 a month, and now they are saying I should pay €175 based on my usage—even in summer! I dread what they will charge in winter.
It is absolutely unacceptable that I am still waiting for the annual settlement six weeks after closing the contract. I have received no communication or resolution. This level of disorganization is simply not acceptable from any service provider.
