I am deeply disappointed

I am deeply disappointed as one of my boxes went missing, and I haven't received any assistance from the company's end to resolve this issue. When I attempted to address the situation, I was met with suspicion. The phone call abruptly ended without a satisfactory resolution, and the conversation was handled with rudeness

250 mile move that was smooth and efficient

We made a move of 250 miles from London! Budget removals provided an excellent dismantling, reassembly and removal service all in one day. They were on time, very efficient, and polite. No items were damaged. Had them recommended by a friend and I would definitely recommend them to others. They were good value, professional and responded quickly to emails and the phone. Thank you!
