Excellent Support During My Order Issues

I encountered some problems with my order. The first delivery had a print mistake, but the support team assisted me wonderfully! Later, when I ordered items for a bridal shower, they got delayed with the delivery service. I reached out for help, and while an agent was helpful, I still felt uneasy. I decided to email the representative, who then personally contacted the delivery service, ensured my order was prioritized, and kept me updated even during the peak season. Outstanding service!

Extremely Frustrating Experience

If I could give zero stars, I definitely would. My wedding is coming up in January, and two weeks ago my website ceased to function. I have spent countless hours on hold both online and via phone, yet received no response. I strongly advise against using this service.

Disappointed with my Christmas card order!

My Christmas card order arrived with half of the cards missing! I’m shocked by the negligence of this service. I've contacted the support team but have received no response so far. I expected a better experience compared to other platforms, but this has been a major letdown. I recommend steering clear of this service.

Extremely disappointed with the service

I truly wish I could give zero stars. I ordered Christmas cards featuring my son's holiday photos, expecting delivery by December 2nd. When that date passed without any delivery, I had to call to inquire about the situation. After a lengthy 45-minute call, they postponed the delivery date to an unspecified timeline and claimed I would receive an email from their production team, which never arrived. I had paid extra for expedited shipping, and that was the only reason I received a refund after all the trouble. The customer support was utterly unhelpful and uninformed. Now, it's uncertain when (or if) I will receive these cards. Do yourself a favor and choose another option if you want your holiday memories delivered on time.

A loyal customer for life

I mistakenly selected the Express Service for Christmas Cards (no proof—direct to print). I contacted the company immediately, and instead of dismissing my concern, they went out of their way to cancel the print that was just sent to production. Thankfully, I had time, but they didn’t have to do that. The representative I spoke with was incredibly helpful. I've always enjoyed their products (I've ordered Christmas cards for several years), but they truly exceeded my expectations today!

Received the wrong order and a misprinted replacement

1.) I received someone else’s order and had to provide extensive proof to show we were not another couple with two huskies, just a couple with one silver lab. I was asked to provide pictures multiple times despite already submitting evidence. 2.) The replacement order arrived over a week later but was misprinted with an error. Again, I had to provide pictures several times. 3.) I was told they would overnight the new replacement, but it was another week at the earliest. I didn’t expect such issues from a printing service. If you need something timely, look elsewhere.

I order yearly without issues

I order yearly for our holiday cards and appreciate both the designs and the quality of the card stock. I’ve never had issues until today when I needed customer service for a photo change. The online representative was very patient and assisted me for over 30 minutes. The service was fantastic.

Customer service is ineffective

Customer service is ineffective. I ordered something that was time-sensitive, and it’s now weeks late. They won't issue a refund because they list items from third parties that they can’t control. The customer service emails keep going in circles, claiming they’re there to help, yet they do nothing of the sort.
