I ordered two sets of 200 boxes expecting glowing blocks, but they arrived without them. I contacted the company, provided photos as evidence, but they have stopped responding to my emails about a resolution. I've reached out multiple times over the past four weeks with no reply.
As noted by others, no light-up bricks were included, which was the main reason for my purchase. I’ve tried to contact them but received no response. I’m initiating a chargeback with my bank due to this issue. Many others have reported similar problems.
I ordered on 12/10/2025. It cleared customs from Canada, and the last update stated it was handed to the local carrier on 12/22/2025. I emailed twice for tracking info but got no reply. I thought it was a scam, but I finally received my order on 1/7/2026. The delay was understandable due to the holiday season, and I appreciate the response after my review.
Unfortunately, the item I received was not as advertised; there were no LED light-up blocks, which my kids were excited about. I contacted customer service, but the issue remains unresolved. It seems they might have run out of the original product and sent inferior alternatives.
