I ordered sheets on October 25, 2025, and have reached out to the company multiple times. Their phone number is nonfunctional; you can leave a message, but no one returns the calls. I’ve sent several emails and received the same excuse repeatedly. I strongly advise against ordering from this company, as I feel scammed out of $180. I regret not checking reviews beforehand, as many others have expressed similar concerns. I have filed a claim with my bank and am also reporting this to a consumer protection agency.
The actions of the company are completely unacceptable. I understand that you have a set way of responding, but many customers are dissatisfied with both the product and the customer service. You were quick to accept the order and take the payment, yet you leave customers to handle returns with no options, creating a significant hassle. Suggesting that I accept a 15% discount to pass on the low-quality bedding set to someone else instead of facilitating a return is, at the very least, highly unprofessional.
I had high hopes for these sheets, but then I found out they were shipping from overseas. My inquiry to the company received a response that reassured me about quality. However, upon receiving them, the sheets were poorly constructed—too short for proper tuck-in, with a mismatched hem. The fitted sheet barely fits a standard mattress, and I received only one oversized pillowcase that doesn't fit any pillow I own. I reached out again, but the reply seemed automated and unhelpful. Avoid this company!
I ordered three King size sheets but received a Queen size set with only one pillowcase. The fabric quality is disappointing. The advertisement showed more color options than were available when I purchased, and now I want to return it for a refund.
