Review Time
It has been a week since I was told that Canada Post has a slip for my order and no update. Nothing shipped, I have tried speaking to support with no responses. Until I see something else I will not change this review.
I have had multiple good orders but it only takes one bad one, I have made multiple $400+ orders every few months and now I feel like I've been scammed.
So bulk buddy has been going to complete shit in the last 6 months. I have had a whole order not get sent to me. My friend she was missing half hers. Now this time I cant even get a hold of a single person. I think they have the a solution best deals around and best product. Problem is their customer service is ny far the worst I have ever seen. Things need to change. I've e.ailed and messaged them 20 times at least in last couple days. I habe been a.customer for almost 3 years. And this is not even a contest on how horrible their customer service is.
I'm not sure why this company isn't rated higher. I had a great experience ordering CBD Isolate powder from them. Wonderful strong product with certificate of analysis, which I depend on (ensures 99% purity) super fast shipping and packaging was top notch!! I couldn't be happier with my purchase.
