I'd give zero stars if possible. They are a scam, I think. I ordered 2 baskets for a friend who just lost her husband. One was delivered as scheduled and the second still has not arrived and likely will be frozen when it does. Customer service is completely useless - even the actual humans, not just the bots. They just make the situation worse by arguing with the customer. Obviously Harry and David doesn't care at all about their crappy reputation.

Unsatisfied with Delivery and Support

I've been trying to find a place to share my experience with this company, and this seems like a good start. They promise delivery, but my package never arrived at the intended destination. Additionally, reaching out for support is frustrating; you can only call a number. I won't be returning to shop here next year. It's unfortunate.

An incredibly frustrating experience with this service!

I had an incredibly frustrating experience with this service! The customer service representatives were the worst. Most of them struggled to understand my concerns. They didn't provide appropriate answers to my questions, and they mixed up orders and delivery dates. After spending over 6 hours on the phone to place a simple order, I was promised a complimentary gift basket for my husband and me, to arrive on Christmas Eve. Did we receive it? No! This has been the worst experience I've had in my entire 68 years.

Unpleasant Experience with Anonymity

We received a large gift basket without any note or means to identify the sender. Upon contacting the support team, we were informed that they couldn't disclose sender information because, "If there was no note, the sender didn't want to be identified." This is inaccurate. The sender was quite upset.

Disappointing experience with my cheesecake order

I placed an order for a cheesecake on December 11th, which was confirmed via email. However, on December 18th, just hours before delivery, I received a call late at night informing me that it was canceled. I was offered a substitute cheesecake, but when I inquired about the options, I only got vague details about a graham cracker crust and filling, with no specific flavors mentioned. I decided to cancel and will not be ordering again. I've been a customer for over 20 years, and based on what I've seen, I doubt they will last much longer.

Not worth the price, especially the pears.

I do not recommend this service for the price, particularly the pears. I received a gift box for the holidays in 2025, and all nine pears were brown, spotted, and clearly past their prime. They seemed like they had been picked off the ground rather than freshly harvested. The other items in the box, like candy and cookies, also did not impress me.

Frustrating Experience with Order Fulfillment

I have repeatedly attempted to have the service fulfill my purchases and rectify incorrect deliveries for 2025 gifts. I've spent countless hours over several days, yet none of the representatives could locate the correct orders or my gift list, although they were quick to offer replacements for the items I've already paid for. It feels like talking to a wall with live people. They seem trained to frustrate customers rather than resolve issues. My gifts have been sent to incorrect addresses, and one cake arrived without icing. Items I would never choose are being delivered. I refuse to let this service ruin the holidays for my older friends who anticipate their favorite treats. My former teacher, now 90, expressed confusion over receiving a cake without icing. It saddens me that she had to open that box. The service couldn’t locate my annual order for ham, forcing me to buy another. I intend to reach out to the appropriate authorities in the morning. What has happened to responsibility and accountability in our society? After 80 years, I will not let any company evade their responsibilities. We must unite to hold the service accountable.

Disappointing Experience with Holiday Gift

I ordered a box of pears as a Christmas gift for my Mom, who adores them. Sadly, they arrived spoiled. I declined the offered replacement and asked for a refund instead. I've been assured it will be processed within 5 days, but we'll see. This isn't my first disappointment; previously, I had issues with a flower delivery where the flowers were wilted. I won't be trying this service again.
