Doing the payment is nightmare

Doing the payment is nightmare, CIBC has declared the payment as fraudulent activity and has cancelled my payment and blocked my account too. On top of that Bullion send me an email threatening me to send my information to collection agent, This is just F** insane, This is last and my first time dealing with this
